Do you supply new or second-hand machines?

Both. We import new units from Juki, Brother, Jack, Pegasus, Siruba, and Kansai, and we also keep reconditioned and quality second-hand machines for budget-conscious orders.

Can I rent before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rental is daily, weekly, or monthly. If you decide to buy, the recent rental amount is credited toward the purchase price (rent-to-buy).

Do you deliver outside Tongi?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver across the greater Dhaka and Gazipur garments belt. For factories outside this zone, we coordinate transport at cost.

How fast is your servicing?

On-site callouts within the Tongi corridor typically reach the factory the same day. Workshop overhauls and complex motor/electronic faults usually take 1–3 working days.

Do you stock spare parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — fast-moving needles, bobbins, hooks, feed dogs, presser feet, motors, belts, and timing parts are kept on the shelf. We also source rarer parts on request.

Do you offer operator training?

Accepted Answer

Basic operator training and machine setup is included with every purchase. We can also schedule line-level training for production teams on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, bank transfer, and bKash for small orders. For factory orders we issue invoices payable by bank transfer with agreed credit terms.
